We had a group of 11 50 & 60 year-old adults gathering for a reunion, and this house was perfect for us. We had just the right amount of beds & bathrooms to give everyone sleeping space and bathroom time without stepping on anyone else's feet.We loved the location and the way the back deck was shielded from the beach by the trees, which also made for a lovely view. The pool was the perfect temp for the hot weather. The roomy living space allowed us to prep meals together, eat at a common table, and sit in the living room. We loved the pool and ping-pong tables!The only thing that we didn't like was the weird auto-generated texts we got telling us we were too noisy. The first night they came when just 2 people were talking in the back at normal levels. I walked around to see how loud it was from other parts of the deck, and it wasn't any louder than the frogs, which in fact drowned their voices out. We got no text the next night when I thought it was actually louder. I had no idea there were noise sensors, and it seemed a little intrusive. It could have been in the initial agreement we signed, but it would have been nice to have a reminder.

Great House!

We vacationed a total of 5 couples (friends from high school)! There was an abundance of room for everyone to enjoy their privacy as well as come together for meals, games and pool time! Pool, hot tub and beach were a big hit with all!!

We expected better beach access. We needed a home with an elevator due to my mobility issues. The path has a lot of steps and no handrail. You should tell guests those details. Lry

Large home with room for everyone

Very nice property. Enjoyed the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Walkway to beach is nice and new easy walk. We did have something stolen out of a car that was left unlocked but not the fault of the property. We had a good time in the pool and would be happy to rent this home again

Great property but some issues…

Overall, the house is great and was perfect for our group. Unfortunately, there were some issues at check-in that were difficult to get addressed. We had opted to pay extra to have the pool and hot tub heated - and we were assured the heat would be turned on prior to our check-in. With only a four night stay, every hour counts! Unfortunately, not only was the heat was not turned on prior to our check-in, but the pool and hot tub were very dirty. It appears we checked in after a larger group and there was some evidence that the property needed more tending to prior to check in that was not taken care of. We weren’t able to check in before 5 PM which is when general maintenance stops so we weren’t able to have anything addressed upon check-in and lost about 24 hours of use of the pool and hot tub. It was frustrating to waste that amount of time waiting for the issue to be addressed. It seems a bit ineffective to have check-in only allowed from 5 PM after - at the same time maintenance goes off for the day. There should be the ability to have things addressed for the first hour after you check in instead of having to wait upwards of 24 hours for them to be addressed. Overall, the rest of the property was clean and well tended to and stocked. There were a few other minor maintenance issues, but they were not anything critical. For large groups who are looking for lots of space to each have their own bedroom/ bathroom, but also have areas to gather, this was a perfect house.

Be Careful.

We arrived and were super excited with the property. We could not find our door code (our fault). They answering/texting service does not help in the evenings and on weekends. They simply will not call you back unless it's between 9-5 Mon-Fri. We received a call about the pool heater not working the day before we left. We had workers there shortly after we arrived that the rental company had working on the heater for 2 days prior to our arrival. Needless to say, it never was fixed. This was something we were excited about doing, especially the kids. Be careful walking to the beach. Their private boardwalk had several boards missing, and places that boards were rotten through causing several holes that even adults could fall through. The last few days Monday-Thursday, there was constant construction going on next door that was so loud you had to sit right next to the person to talk. Overall, we had a fun time. Probably will be more cautious next vacation.

Excellent location and house

House was huge and awesome. Very clean and new. Only issues we had were 1) hot tub controller was not working and 2) the view was obstructed to the ocean from the main floor. (we knew that going in, we were not misled in any way) Would definitely stay there again!

NY family reuniion

Overall a wonderful property and stay. Location was great, and the house is fantastic for a group. Hot tub was great, but was ice cold on arrival and took 30+ hours to come to temp, so we could not use it first day and 1/2. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything except foil / plastic wrap / adequate dishwasher detergent, papertowels. There are NO spices / salt / pepper / oil / etc Overall a GREAT vacation. Rental agency was very quick to respond, and easy to work with.

A fantastic home to spend time away with family and friends. Great hospitality! Highly recommend!

Renting this property was very straightforward and seamless. Our manager was very kind and responsive to our needs and requests. She worked with us to get us into the property earlier especially with little toddlers that needed much needed rest after a long journey. We very much appreciated the flexibility! I highly recommend this property and would definitely do it again! Maybe next year!! Thank you for the great hospitality.

Huge, luxe house in private location close to bars, restaurants, airport

We were here for a bachelorette. Absolutely loved the house — big enough for a group of 14 to fit comfortably. The jacuzzi on the deck was amazing; the kitchen/living area is perfect for entertaining and playing games. Everything about the check-in / check-out was easy. The garbage room is right off the basement, you don't even have to go outside! The only slightly negative thing I'd have to say is we paid for pool heating but because it was a cold weekend, the pool never got to a comfortable temperature. So it didn't feel like a worthwhile extra expense. But if we'd gone during the summer it would have been a perfect weekend. Very quick taxi ride to everywhere in HHI we wanted to go.

Great place for a larger group.

Beautiful house perfectly suited for larger groups. With 7 beds and 7 baths, everyone has their own space. It was fantastic to have a private path to the beach, and the beach in that area really seemed to be very clean and not crowded in the least.

Beautiful place, but must be in bed by 10pm

The house is beautiful! Location is great! Neighbors get mad of kids are in the pool at any time unfortunately. You have to go to bed at 10pm every night otherwise you will get lots of complaints. If you like to go to bed early, this is the spot for you! 10pm curfew. It’s a really beautiful place and perfect location, just wish we could have enjoyed the pool & hot tub without neighbors about every single thing

Nice stay

As other reviewers have stated, wifi is not great. I had 2 kids in virtual school and the internet could not handle. Cable tv also didn’t work in most of the bedrooms as other reviewers have stated. The house was otherwise wonderful. Great location right on the beach. We were able to swim in the heated pool in January.

Very Positive Experience

Accurate presentation on the site, relative to first hand impression of the property. Good location on the beach. Plenty of space and good layout. TV cable did not work which was the only criticism, but all in all, very good experience.
