This property is just steps away from the beach with a BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW. Entire unit has been updated, to include a gorgeous new kitchen, bathrooms, freshly painted, brand new flooring throughout, and newly furnished. Our villa has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with an air mattress and pack n play for the little ones. The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, while the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds to total one full bed and three twin beds. There is a queen-sized air mattress to set up in the family room if extra space is needed. This villa can accommodate up to 9 guests, however, it is only 1000 square feet, and will be a tight stay with 9.

Located at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort, our villa is conveniently located in the heart of the Island and overlooks the OCEAN and BEACH, all just steps away! Free day time TENNIS is available at the Resort's eight lighted courts, plus there is a free EXERCISE FACILITY for guests to enjoy. There is a newly re-modeled SPORTS BAR ON-SITE, a great place to grab wings, pizza (the best pizza we have found on the island and they deliver to your villa), a sandwich or a full dinner and watch a game on any one of the sixteen 32” HD TVs or two 90” HD projection screens.

There is championship GOLF available at any one of the twelve public courses on the Island and many more within a few miles just off the Island! Golf Digest recently named Hilton Head Island #10 on the list of World's best golf destinations.

The resort offers bike rentals and there are also multiple bike companies that will deliver right to you. The island has miles upon miles of trails to explore, while you safely ride along with your family.
