Exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach property. It was better than we expected- very clean, beautifully remodeled, excellent location and the communication with the property manager was excellent! We loved it!!

Amazing location

There were 10 of who stayed here and had more than enough room! The location was merely steps from the beach. Rooms were very spacious and overall just a fantastic place. The master bath upstairs hasn’t been updated, but it was huge! The only thing I can say that isn’t 100 percent positive is that there is no deck/patio from the main living area. You have to go down to the basement to get outside to the pool. But other than that. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and had an amazing vacation.

Overall great house- pool is a disaster

House is lovely- some of the furniture is extremely worn with holes- the pool didn't work the first 3 1/2 days, on the 4th day it was finally turned around but it didn't last. It the pool never actually seemed like it was running because the algae came back by day 5 and stayed the rest of the trip. I didn't dip my toe in and we paid over $800 to heat the pool that week. The property manager did give us one day of rent back and half our pool heat, but that was early in the week. When I called back on Friday to say the pool didn't work AT ALL- they never called me back. If you book this property for the pool, beware.

Great location, needs work, pool area is not inviting, but bring your bug spray.

Big house with great potential. The pool area needs lots of attention, it wasn’t clean and the plaster is in need of repair, the sidewalk around it was in bad shape. The whole house needs a good cleaning. The first thing we noticed there was sand all over our king sized bed, nicely equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need for cooking, but lots of grease and dust, nice countertops but the cabinets look beat up. But with all that being said the location to the beach is great, and the beach is great, the water was warm, for October, and our dog loved it, having the beach path was great right out the back door. And having the bicycles was great too. I would say the best features of the house was the size, lots of big bedrooms and bathrooms. And the living room was great with three big leather sofas, and a pretty ocean view from the dining area.

Sea Pines Spacious Home

This house accommodated our family of twelve - ages 16 to 83 - with plenty of sleeping arrangements. The bedrooms were spread out with lots of privacy, including spacious bathrooms. Kitchen was well-equipped and furnishings throughout the home were lovely. Several beach towels in the laundry room, too. The 4 beach bikes that come with this rental were enjoyed. Thanks for sharing your home to celebrate my parents’ 60th wedding anniversary.
