「The ohana was absolutely beautiful with original artwork and other decor that msde it feel like Hawaii inside and out. We loved the outdoor tub and everything in general was comfortable and well situated. No issues finding it, though I could see how it may be difficult to find in the dark, the owner's instructions are clear and pictures help guide you. Awesome smashburger stand just 8 minutes away. Highly recommend.」

「What a wonderful retreat! We loved everthing about this visit. Property was clean, host was delightful and the rainforest ambiance can't be beat. Cute hot tubs and dipping tanks in the rainforest lent itself to unique experiences for us. Would recommend!」

「I had the privilege of staying at this property for one month. I will miss it! Especially the sound of the ocean which can be heard from this cute cottage. The bed is comfortable and I slept so great here. Also, it's QUIET! If you want peace, you found it. The shower is hot with strong water pressure. The mini fridge (with small freezer) met my needs perfectly. The host is so kind and made sure I felt comfortable asking for anything I needed. Checking in was a breeze. I parked and was able to...

「A luxurious camping experience with running hot water, electricity, and use of a washer/dryer. Not many places to eat around and the closest "grocery store" is very expensive (12 for a gallon of milk). Make sure you plan ahead and bring mosquito repellent!! 」

「We had a wonderful time staying at Mark's place and visiting the NP. Mark is a great host and was invaluable in alerting us to the latest eruptions. Thanks to him, we were able to witness the eruption on July 9th, which was an amazing 1,200 foot tall fountain of lava. You can really tell that Mark put some thought into the cottage and its amenities. We had everything we needed for our visit. Highly recommended!」

「Wonderful cottage nestled in a rainforest setting, far back from the road. It was clean, comfortable, ample towels and bedding/blankets. Every room had night lights and switches were clearly labeled. Perfect for two couples, matching en-suite bedrooms. And so close to Hawaii Volcanoes NP, made it easy for us to be there early. Sorry we didn't plan a longer stay. 」

"5度目の滞在。自然に囲まれカエルの声やみどりのトカゲに普通に出会う。近くに海岸があり毎日散歩に行った。以前より掃除が行き届いている。共同のキッチンだが、使う人はあまり多く無く、食器もよく洗って使うと不便さは感じ無い。１棟ずつのや3棟続いているものもあり、部屋の快適さが違うと思う。住むように楽しで、また行くだろう。"

"窓の下がすぐ海で、波の音が大きく聞こえます。ダウンタウンも歩ける距離で、絶好のロケーションです。築100年の建物ですが、不便はなく、大型ホテルでは味わえない歴史を感じられ、また、住んでいるような心地よさです。トモミさんのおもてなしも心地よかったです。ありがとうございました！"
