Sleeping arrangements include multiple king suites, a kid-friendly bunk room that sleeps six, and a flexible loft for extra guests. The sunroom provides stunning views of the lake, while the bonus room and basement suite offer dedicated spaces for work, play, or relaxation. Outside, enjoy multiple decks, yard games, and lake access with a canoe and paddleboat. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming, stylish, and family-friendly getaway.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including 4 bedrooms, the bunk room, the loft, and 4.5 bathrooms. The property is equipped with smart Yale locks for easy self-check-in, and every space—from the sunroom to the decks and basement suite—is available for your stay. Outside, enjoy the yard games, firepit, and direct lake access with a canoe and paddleboat. Parking is available on-site, and the home is fully equipped with linens, towels, and kitchen essentials, so you can simply arrive, relax, and enjoy.

For longer trips, Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is about a 30-minute drive, making travel easy and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that swimming is not permitted in Lake Orange, as it serves as a public water supply. Guests are welcome to enjoy the lake by canoe or paddleboat provided, but all boating and fishing activities must follow North Carolina state regulations, including life jacket requirements. The area around the dam is posted no trespassing for safety. We ask that all guests respect the lake’s rules and natural ecosystem while enjoying the peaceful waterfront setting.

Lake Orange Guest Guidelines:

Swimming is not allowed in Lake Orange (public water supply).

Canoe & paddleboat are available — life jackets must be worn at all times.

Fishing is allowed but must follow NC Wildlife rules (license required).

The dam area is strictly no trespassing.

Children must be supervised at all times near the water.

Please respect the wildlife and natural ecosystem.

This home is on the lake in North Carolina, which means you will see bugs. We employ preventative pest control, but insects are part of the natural environment here. Guests may encounter ants, spiders, roaches, mosquitoes, and other seasonal pests

Audio and video are recorded on the exterior of the property 24/7.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement in our guest portal after confirming your reservation.
