"It was very clean they arr always cleaning n it smells good. Pool was clean n big enough to lounge n water exercises. The staff was very friendly. Only negative was the breakfast the fresh made waffles will do the trick when all else fails. I brought fresh blueberries n strawberries n maple syrup All in all 4stars"

"This review is probably affected by their refusal to refund me for the day I missed. I showed up one day late because I got the reservation dates wrong.. they refused to give me a refund and so did Expedia. I even had insurance but still no refund for the missed day. your excuse at the hotel was that I paid through Expedia, so Expedia should do the refund. Anyway, I’m pretty upset about the whole thing and all I can remember is I had a miserable time there because I got billed for two nights, but only stayed one and they refused to help. Never stay there and never use Expedia to book either becaus/e you won’t get your money back."

"I was greeted by Chantel (I hope I spelled that correctly) with a smile and bottled water. I had reserved 3 rooms and he quickly and efficiently checked me in. We were given a quick orientation of the amenities and I was allowed to book the hotel airport shuttle with ease. We were allowed to park our car in the well lit parking lot at the hotel at a phenomenal rate while we traveled making our plans less complicated. The shuttle arrived on time the next morning with friendly and helpful staff and the same when we returned. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and shower was clean and very well maintained with plenty of towels and wash cloths. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel while traveling and it will continue to be our hotel of choice. Highly recommend."

"The staff were friendly however they charged me for my service dog. When I brought it to the attention of staff the next morning she said a credit had to be done by the manager who was the person who checked us in and she would leave her a note. I never heard anything from her explaining why there would not be a credit. The breakfast was nothing special having the standard powder eggs, the waffle mix was in small containers and empty on day one, the biscuits were hard as a rock on the bottom. The room was comfortable and clean with partial ocean view with a small balcony."
