"This lovely cottage is a treasure. The owners lived here while they renovated their current house, and it shows. This is clearly built to be a well cared for private home, instead of a hastily flipped rental. Well designed, spotlessly clean, soft water, and it smells amazing. Perfect place for a romantic get away."

The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed — and even extra thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. It is in a neighborhood that is family friendly.The owner was fantastic with communication throughout the entire process, very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. We truly felt welcomed and comfortable during our stay for our daughter's college graduation!Overall, this was a great experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!"

"Property was located just a short drive from downtown Greenville but felt like you were miles from downtown. House is nestled in the rolling hills and the neighborhood was full of friendly folks. Our little one enjoyed walking down the roads and saying hi to everyone. The inside is perfect for two couples or small family. Yard is fenced in so if you have little wanders they will still contained. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics to cook but also good assortment of local eateries nearby. We have stayed in many Rentals around Greenville in the last 8years and this is one of our favorites. One last bit may seem odd, but this rental actually had good toliet paper, most rentals put the crappy sandpaper cheapest they find, they may pinch a penny but it's the little things we remember in our rentals."

"Communication was very easy with Johnny! This house sits on a quiet street near train tracks but I only heard the train 1x in 4 days. It is so convenient to downtown Greenville (7/8) minutes to be exact! This house is a rustic house experience on a healthy live of land and plenty of room to park! The only thing the add does not show as true maybe for only our stay but there is no third bed. There is a room that can be an exercise space or be turned into an office but otherwise the house is well appointed with Two comfortable queen beds. My husband, daughter and I were very comfortable and glad to get this house for our stay last minute!!"
