Serene Lake Winnebago Home next to High Cliff, 40 Minutes to Oshkosh/Green Bay

Beautiful any time of year! Make yourself at home on the Northeast shore of Lake Winnebago. Whether you're looking for a vacation full of fun, lake activities such as boating, paddleboarding and tubing, or maybe you're more interested in a relaxing time with a beautiful view, bonfire in the yard or cozying up inside watching a movie next to the fireplace, this place has it.

On the main level you'll find a living room that faces the lake with panoramic views. The other living room's focus is a gas stone fireplace for cozy evenings. The huge master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed and another amazing view of the lake. There's an attached bathroom with a shower and comfortable heated flooring, stocked with soaps and towels. A second bedroom is down the hall with a queen sized bed. Downstairs, the basement includes a third bedroom with a twin bunk bed. The other full bath is around the corner, along with the washer and dryer.

If you like to cook, the bright, updated eat-in kitchen is equipped with everything you need, along with a Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and island with additional seating. The back sliding glass door is right off of the kitchen which leads you to the deck with a direct view of the lake. The deck has a large blackstone griddle and a table with chairs for quality time outside.

In the evenings, watch the sunset from on top of the boathouse and enjoy a campfire with unlimited wood available.

Go fishing off the dock, or bring your boat and launch from the county park only a few minutes down the road. Easy access to the ice roads in the winter for ice fishing. Dock will be in from late April through late October - use of our boat lift may be possible as well, but please make sure to contact before booking so we can make sure this is available!

Enjoy using the paddle boards or kayaks on calm days, or go for a swim. We recommend bringing water shoes if you plan on swimming- Winnebago has zebra mussels, which can have sharp shells.

Additional amenities include a Blackstone and propane grill, smart TVs and fast WiFi. There are two security cameras on the property, one in the front driveway area and one overlooking the lake.

Please note, we are in the process of changing furniture in several of the rooms so the photos shown here may not be exactly what's in the home when you arrive. The sofas in both living rooms are being replaced with new queen size sleeper sofas and there will be a few smaller changes throughout the home. It will be an overall improvement but please let us know if you need something specific so we can make sure we meet your expectations!
