1. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY All tenants are responsible for the care and maintenance of the property during their stay. Any damage or issues must be reported to management immediately.
2. USE OF THE FACILITIES The facilities must be used exclusively for their designated purpose. The use of any equipment or appliances inappropriately is prohibited.

4. CLEANLINESS AND ORDER Tenants are expected to keep the property clean and organized. All waste must be disposed of in the designated containers. Leaving trash in common areas or outside the property is prohibited.
5. CARE OF FURNITURE AND UTENSILS Furniture and utensils must be treated with care. Damage Costs: The cost will depend on the type of damage and will be based on the purchase invoice of the item. This invoice will be presented to the tenant when the charge is made.
6. NOISE AND BEHAVIOR Neighbors` rest must be respected; therefore, excessive noise is prohibited after 2:00 a.m. All tenants and their guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards the property staff and the property itself.
7. PETS Pet policies must be respected. If pets are allowed, tenants are responsible for their care and cleanliness. It is prohibited to leave feces in common areas. A fine of $100.00 USD will be imposed if pet feces are found. Pet policies must be respected.
8. PROHIBITIONS Smoking is prohibited inside the villas or enclosed areas (allowed in open areas). The use of drugs is prohibited on the property. Littering cigarette butts on the floor, garden, pool, or beach is prohibited (a fine of $100 USD will be imposed for each item).
No parties or events are allowed without prior authorization.
Please do not place shoes on the furniture. The maximum capacity on the property is 26 people, all of whom must be registered at the time of booking. Guests cannot leave the property with any outstanding charges for consumptions or damages that may occur during their stay.
9. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY Management has the right to access the property for maintenance purposes, always notifying tenants in advance.
Management also has the right to verify that the property is in good condition and that agreements are being followed. In the event of a situation posing a danger to any tenant or the property, management has the right to contact local authorities for immediate assistance.
10. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit will be required, which will be used to cover damages or losses. The guest will be notified of any damage caused and must authorize the retention of part or all of the deposit. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to an inspection.
11. REGULATIONS FOR POOL USE Swimwear: Appropriate swimwear is required. Street clothing is not allowed.
Personal Hygiene: A shower must be taken before entering the pool.
No Jumping or Rough Play: Jumping, running, or rough play in the pool area is prohibited to prevent accidents. Children and Supervision: Children must always be supervised by an adult.
Second Floor Infinity Pool: Only adults are allowed, and smoking is prohibited.
Food and Drink: Consumption of food and beverages in the pool area is not allowed unless stated otherwise.
Care for the Environment: Help keep the area clean. Use the available trash bins.
Emergencies: In case of an emergency, use the emergency phone and follow the staff`s instructions.
Respect for Others: Maintain respectful behavior towards other users.
12. BEACH USE REGULATION Respect for the Environment: Do not leave trash on the beach.
Water Safety: Swim only in designated areas and pay attention to warning signs.
Supervision of Children: Children must always be supervised by an adult.
Pets: Pets must be kept in designated areas and under control. Clean up after them.
No Open Fires: Bonfires or grills are not allowed unless stated otherwise.
13. COMPLIANCE Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the termination of the rental agreement and the retention of the security deposit. If management determines that the property is not in optimal condition, the tenant will be asked to vacate the premises. A damage inspection will be conducted on the property and its contents to facilitate the return of the security deposit.
14. NOTICE OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT The property is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during your stay. The use of the facilities, including but not limited to the pool and beach, is at your own risk. It is recommended that you take the necessary precautions to ensure your safety and that of your companions. _ The property will not be responsible for electrical outages, water shortages, lack of internet, or any natural disasters that may occur during your stay. While we strive to resolve issues promptly, there may be situations beyond our control that prevent immediate solutions.
