"Clean and convenient to airport "

"Great location from the airport, free ample parking, easy check-in and out. The place is very clean! We stayed in a premium room and it was a lot better than the standard room. Very spacious and clean, the bed is firm and the pillows are small and flat. The bathroom is a little small but not a huge issue. The access to and from our room was easy and since this hotel has wrap-around parking, we could park closer to our room and had easy entry to and from via key access. The parking stall was right below our window which was perfect. Great place to stay."

"Stayed in room 502. The room was ok other than needing some upgrading but the real issue was the carpet. It was desperately in need of some major cleaning. The bottom of our socks were filthy after walking on the carpet."

"Convenient for using the airport, and not too loud inside even though very close to the airport. Lobby was clean and check-in was easy. The restaurant had enough choices on the menu for variety and the food was real good. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable."

"No lights in the room and shower curtain so long that you could slip on it while showering. Multiple times asked staff to put light bulbs in. I was there for 4 nights and never fixed. Staff said on day of departure that they could send someone up. What’s the use when I was leaving. I just hope they fix it for the next guess. Also reported it to the general manager and because we didnt book the hotel directly with them they couldn’t compensate or issues a discount or refund for the safety issues. It shouldn’t matter how a person books the hotel you should always make it right! "
