This Rent In Highlands vacation rental home is pet friendly for one small dog, under 20 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved. An additional non-refundable pet fee is required and is not included in the rental fee. Please call our office for approval and to pay the pet  fee. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $1000.00 fine.

Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve this property and an adult must occupy the property at all times.

This beautifully designed vacation home offers a spacious, open-concept layout with three bedrooms and two bathrooms all on one level with a separate entry studio on the lower level making this home the ideal spot for families or groups. The heart of the home is its inviting kitchen, dining, and living areas, where you can cook, gather, and relax in comfort. The living room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Main Level:
Features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area with a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the other two bedrooms each offer queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The two other guest bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds and share the hallway bathroom.

Studio:
For added privacy, the fourth bedroom is located separately from the main house. This suite includes a queen-sized bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and a pull-out sofa—ideal for extra guests or a bit of quiet solitude.

Outdoor Space:
The screened in porch with it's large dining table, TV and comfortable seating makes dining and entertaining al fresco a breeze. An outdoor fire pit is the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying a fire in the evenings.
