「Nice place」

「Beautiful location and room, however food was disappointing, bland and over priced. Service was slow in the bar and restaurant, and non-existant at times. Very disappointing as everything else looks well kept, maintained and well thought out.」

「We stayed at no 5 lake view. The property was very dirty. No Internet connection. We couldn't complain at the time as we arrived late due to traffic. No hot water for shower next morning. Towels too small and old. Kitchen area unclean. Outside decking filthy. Tea towels and fridge unclean and smell」

「Very disappointing stay , We arrived after a 9 hour drive , when we arrived the cottage wasn’t cleaned and no bedding , We rang both Wayne and Karen , we decided to go buy some bedding , on route Karen did ring back to be fair and apologised saying she was told we was due on the 6th , (day of departure,) Went to the pub for an hour and Karen had the cottage ready , I thanked her by tx but no communications back , nothing from Wayne all week , I would of expected a follow up chat asking if...

「The rooms were recently renovated and the beds were comfortable, out door pool was lovely maybe needs a bit of lovin but very nice, breafast was delicious and all staff were amazing would I return to this hotel absolutely. Thanks for a lovely stay guys 😊」

「Eine ganz hervorragende Unterkunft. Das beginnt beim Empfang, es wird einem alles abgenommen, das Gepäck etwa oder das Parken. Das Personal ist zurückhaltend, aber immer präsent und ansprechbar. Für alle Wünsche werden Lösungen gefunden. Das Haus an sich ist wunderschön, mit einer Terrasse, die einen großartigen Blick in Garten und Tal ermöglicht. Der Nachmittagstee, Abendessen und Frühstück waren ganz hervorragend. Auch die Zimmer kann man positiv hervorheben. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!」
