「 great stay, nice location」

「Lovely traditional hotel and inn. Staff very obliging and professional. The room wasn't the largest but very comfortable. Would recommend it if you're visiting the area. Holmfirth is also very quaint and easy to wander around with a good mixture of shops and pubs.」

「We had a two night stay here in May. Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were superb especially Lucy who seemed to be there every second of every day looking after us checking in, out, breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and the beds were big snd very comfortable. Excellent location in a lovejy area with shops a 2 minute walk away and the station 5 mins away to get into central Manchester. Overall a really nice stay in a nice clean hotel.」

「Big family room. Huge king size bed. Friendly welcome. Good pub grub for evening meal. Choice of continental or cooked breakfast available until 9.30. We slept well. Not too much noise at all from surrounding rooms. We were room 2 away from the main bar area so WiFi was a bit intermittent in the room but good in main pub area. A good stay for the money.」

「Fantastisk koselig hotell/pub i en enda mer fantastisk typisk engelsk landsby. Knutsford er ett lite sted med masse flotte butikker og spisesteder i landlige erkeengelske omgivelser. Cross Key Hotel passer utmerket inn i bildet og er ett hotell/pub med sjarm og høy standard på rom, dog kan selvfølgelig noe pusses på og en Beer Garden sommerstid var flott å sitte ute på. God frokost og typisk pubmat forøvrig med meget velutstyrte rom. Kommer igjen !」

「The Huntsman Inn is a beautiful property with amazing staff and incredible views. The place was very well maintained and the staff were incredibly wonderful and friendly. It's a shame we only stayed one night and would love to go back here again. The room was cost and warm, the food was good and was definitely worth the trip. 」

「Lovely location have family live in Northwich so nice place to meet up. Came for a family occasion in Sale so didn't feel it was too far away from everyone and I prefer a country setting to stay in . Perfect for us .」

「We chose the hotel fairly randomly as we had a voucher to use. It is family owned and it is clear that the family and the staff put in a huge amount of effort to make everyone's stay as good as it can possibly be. It is really refreshing to see a hospitality business being run so well and making you feel so welcome after all the problems the industry has faced!」

「Hotel is right in the heart of Buxton, a convenient walk from the station. It was absolutely buzzing the whole time we were there - bands both nights, live sport in the day, but with the rooms being in a separate building out the back of the pub, it was amazingly quiet after the yard had been emptied. Clean throughout, staff were friendly.」
