"We took my father-in-law here for a weekend as my wife and sister-in-law grew up having a cabin in Hillsgrove. We hit some "old spots" that they grew up with and heard many old stories. The campground is awesome and in a beautiful setting, however the best part is Russ, the Manager. He is courteous, personable and an asset to anybody visiting the facility. Being dog friendly was definitely a plus in our book!! We will be back to visit your beautiful campground and we are planning on bringing many more family members!! (2 and 4 legged)"

"No complaints! Our stay had everything we needed and more. We loved the farm fresh beef bacon & eggs in the fridge, addicting fresh made potato chips, local beers/seltzer on the counter to greet us. There was tons of sweet/salty snacks stocked in the kitchen, even dilly beans. Lots of tea & KCups and has nutribullet. The hot tub was clean, hot and ready to go. Location is perfect because it's out away from town but only 5-10 mins from major stores. The bed was very comfortable and had high quality cozy bedding. The heated floors were delightful. Beautiful bathrooms, the whole place was beautiful really. All the houseplants & natural light let you enjoy nature while being inside since it was cool out and we planned to hangout inside all weekend. There was wood out to be used by the outdoor fireplace by the hot tub. We listened to the fire crackle while sitting in the hot tub and had our dog's bed between the tub and the fireplace so he felt included. Technically there was someone in the lower half of the house but we did not see them and it did not interfere with our stay being in the top half of the house. The intent of this weekend getaway was to relax and do nothing but the welcome packet in the kitchen had info in lots to do in the area, sad we didn't get to the Today Farm but would definitely recommend just based off the gifts we got to enjoy from it!! "Trout fishing was good, a short walk to the Loyalsock Creek. A lovely mountain retreat. We visit Sullivan County every year and this location is ideal. Spacious and clean. Dog friendly is a bonus. Russ is a helpful and friendly host."

"As advertised. Nothing fancy, but clean and cozy. We loved the seclusion. You will need a higher AWD or 4WD vehicle. My Subaru Impreza dragged in some spots of the lane. No WIFI, but that was actually nice to unplug. "

"Prefect for a weekend away! The shack had everything we needed. The loft bedroom was a hit for our 7 year old. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets. We were able to walk into town and also explored the old rail lines. West side deli was prefect to sit outside and eat lunch. Quick drive to Loyalsock for hiking. Make sure you pack warm, it gets chilly! Deck was great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Really a cool little spot especially if anyone in your family loves trains. "
