「Our stay was great! Checking in not so great. I messaged the host at noon let him know we would be arriving around 4 (we could check in as early as 3) I asked for the key code a few times with not message back. We did arrive around 4 with no key code could not get the house to answer us. I reached out to VROB for help a nice man helped by getting a hold of the host he finally texted the key code at 4:30 with no apologies. If he had an emergency or something he should have told us. 「We took a quick trip to the beach before Thanksgiving. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The house had everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub was great in the evenings. The lock was a bit tricky but it was communicated up front and took just an extra second to figure out. Blair responded quickly to messages. Great stay!」

「Unit was very clean. Very neat. And looked very good. we found out the refrigerator wasn’t working. The stove top was not working. And the sensor light in the restroom was not working as well. We called for the refrigerator. And maintenance came out right away. We received a new refrigerator, which was amazing thank you. The bathroom light came on at random times during the evening, which woke us up. There was an electric stove top provided which we used. Thank you. We also discovered that the...
