"We celebrated Christmas at this beautiful home, we had 15 adults, 4 kids and 1 Dog. We all enjoyed it. They had a Christmas tree to put our gifts under."

"Our stay at the Cozy Moose Grove was wonderful! Alexa was a lovely host-extremely quick with responding to my questions and ensured I was aware of any additional details. This was my first time booking through a site like this, so the exceptional communication from Alexa helped in making the process so easy for me. I planned a 5 night stay for a pre-Christmas getaway for our family. We had a larger group and there was plenty of room for us all in terms of activities/lounging, meals, and sleeping arrangements. My son (9) and daughter (4) LOVED the air hockey and ping pong tables, as well as all of the options they had to choose from with puzzles, books, and board games. I also super appreciated that the Christmas tree was set up in the basement, as it helped make things even more magical for my kids. My personal favorite was the view from the back deck-it was amazing. The area is so peaceful and quiet and we were even able to see some wildlife from the back deck during our stay. I also want to note that the kitchen was well stocked and I loved the thick towels in the bathrooms. The house was exactly as pictured. We didn’t have the opportunity to explore the ponds, as our time out was spent exploring the surrounding cities, though in passing the ponds and surrounding areas looked very well maintained. "The cabin was so cozy! The WiFi works well. The scenery was outstanding. The yard was safe for children. The hot tub was tempting, but it was snowing when we visited and the hot tub is outside without covering so we did not use it. Kitchen was stocked with all things needed for cooking. (We left behind some Cajun seasonings for those who come after us. My only complaint was that it wasn’t very clean. It was tidy but the windows and dishes were dirty.. it’s too pretty of a view to not have clean windows! As for the dishes, there’s a dishwasher so not a big deal we just threw them in for a cycle before using. Our group was 10 total from 1- 36 years of age and we all had a comfortable and fun trip! "

"What a great stay. The property is secluded enough to give you all the privacy you want while still only being 8-10 minutes to the stores/restaurants in Fairplay. The host Olivia was a great communicator and helped with any questions I had before and during our stay. Id recommend anyone who is not used to the elevation to grab a little recreational oxygen can from the local shops to help offset potential elevation sickness. You will be sitting around 10,000 feet of elevation. Id highly recommend this property for anyone looking to get away in colorado for a couple days "

"Cabin was nice and clean. Felt cozy for two people. Kitchen had all the necessities and basic spices like salt and pepper. Bathroom was fully stocked with toilet paper and extra towels if needed. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap as this is not provided. Wood stove is fantastic and gets HOT! Cabin really keeps the heat in, which was fantastic for the cool nights. We were lucky and saw (and heard) wildlife - see photo! We also had wonderful stargazing and we were able to see the Milky Way and wake up early enough to see the International Space Station bright in the sky! Highly recommend for relaxation and for getting away from civilization. "

"House was exactly as described and worked perfect for a place to stay while hunting. There is even access to national Forest right across the street. Only thing that was a hassle was having to take the trash out a couple miles in the opposite direction of our exit."
