"This tiny house was a great spot to use as a home base while we spent time in the high country. The kitchen had everything we needed, the heat was plentiful, the beds were comfortable with many pillows, which made it a nice, cozy spot after long, busy days!The neighborhood was quiet and the parking spot was big enough for our large pickup truck. Anita, Haley, and Alex were perfect hosts. The communication was cordial, prompt, and we felt very welcomed. They were quick to respond to questions and were very accommodating. AWe hope to stay here again the next time we come up to Fairplay. It was a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommended! "

"We loved our stay at the Fairplay Cabin! The views were stunning—waking up to that mountain scenery was pure magic. The cabin was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from plenty of towels and blankets to paper goods and cozy extras. We especially appreciated the small kitchen appliances (the air fryer was a game-changer for quick meals!) and the surprise of a well-stocked spice pantry. Being able to bring our well-mannered pup made the experience even more special. It truly felt like a home away from home. "

"Very nice house!! Enough to accommodate us all!! We were prepared for a charcoal grill and got a propane grill?? It was ok just need to update the listing so others will know they don't need to bring charcoal. Other then that, we all had a blast!! The pool table, basketball game and hot tub was a hit!! "This place is very pet friendly with a fenced yard and no carpet. Most of FairPlay’s restaurants are within 5 blocks. Easy walking. Cohen Park for kids is about 4 blocks away. The king bedroom downstairs is private and quiet. Having laundry facilities is a big plus!"
