"The best bartender was Konstantine! He was the most attentive, fun loving and sweet man! Vlad was also awesome, we just had Konstantine for several days. Kenel was a sweet and friendly towel boy, housekeeping did a great job also."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at La Pensione. The room was perfect and very clean. It was close enough to Duval Street to walk."

"We enjoyed a beach view and the pool was nice. They have attendants who will bring you food and drinks by the pool or beach. We had small issues (dead batteries in the remote and housekeeping missed our room one day) which were resolved very quickly. I would stay at The Reach again."

"Was nice coffee and breakfast my issue was I booked two different reservations and asked if I could keep the same bed. The lady got rude and ask if I was fit to stay there. Long haired Spanish girl at front desk. Then it was the female dorm a intimidating lookng mam came in. When I was sleeping twice I guess to clean. Then two lady's came in. Lessen learned don't book on Expedia then nyah site. Expedia sold out. They place was nice just no sleeping in. I'd get the privet room next time If you don't want 4 different cleaning people in your room Waking u up when you need rest. Great place to meet people and the hot tub pools and breakfast nice also pretty clean place"

"We’ve stayed in key west many many times first time at this particular location. Pros: the woman at the Front Desk were very friendly. The property is beautiful. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Cons: ugh Keith at the bar. Total downer. Every. Day. He yelled at all patrons at the bar one day too. No towels by the pool. Ever. Location - noisy. Not Relaxing. Also you are .5 mile from everything. Which Is either convenient or not depending on your needs. The rooms - meh. Clean. But it’s a room. Nothing special. Drain didn’t drain. We got 2 towels total for 2 people. No soap. But we bring some just in case. We specifically asked for outdoor area when booking - our outdoor area was two chairs in a common walkway - total bummer. So be mindful of that when booking. Having stayed at other places on the island we won’t be back "
