Check-in was quick and staff was able to assist me even with my lack of Japanese. The welcome drink and cheesecake while waiting for the room key was delicious. The view from the lobby was gorgeous as well. We reserved a “traditional” style room. The tatami mats and natural wood outdoor onsen/shower was such a unique experience. It was so relaxing to soak in the onsen while overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves crashing below. The dinner and breakfasts were to die for and gave me new insight on Japan’s exquisite cuisine. I can’t wait to stay again. :)

追加対応、変更などに対応していただき大変ありがたかったのですが、ふた部屋取ったのだから、落差の大きすぎるのは　やめていただきたかった！片方だけが豪華で！がっかりです！ 従業員さんの対応は、問題ありませんでした。 お風呂は、暑くて入れないところが多かったです。

やる気のないホテル

案内された部屋が、あまりに殺風景で部屋付きの露天風呂にも湯がはっておらずフロントに電話。部屋が違っていると移動させられました。 食事後部屋でくつろいでいましたが、暖房がきかず寒いのでフロントに電話。 調べてもらったら暖房が壊れていると言われ、9時過ぎにまた部屋移動させられました。 移動させられた部屋にはお茶のセットも無く、ただ布団をひかれた状態でした。 部屋の露天風呂は狭くなり、最悪な1日でした。全く癒されず、加湿器もきかず、喉が乾燥しすぎて、ほとんど寝ることも出来ませんでした。

バルコニーの部分に浴槽のついた部屋に宿泊しましたが、黒い２−３mmのもの（苔？）が。お湯に混ざっていました。屋外なので、飛んでくるゴミもあると思いますが、掛け流しのお湯に含まれているような気もしました。 気にしない方も、いらっしゃると思いますが、お伝えしておきます。 金目鯛の煮付けも大きく、刺身も新鮮で、美味しい食事でした。3階と5階に大浴場があり、時間帯で男女入れ換えでしたが、5階の方が、露天風呂が良かったです。

旅館の接客を軽んじないでください

アジア人の客室案内にとても不快になりました。日本語がままならないのは、仕方ないとして。 まず聞き取れない。浴衣と作務衣の発音もまず聞き取れない。案内の手順もなってない。部屋の鍵も私忘れる。 外国人だから日本語がうまくないといいましたが、そういう事ではありません。旅館で働くならば、何のために自分がいるのかを身につけてから接客に携わってほしいです。言葉のバリア、 それを理由にするのなら、ホスピタリティー産業に従事してほしくありません。

河津桜は残念

お部屋からの眺望も大変よく夕食、朝食も美味しく頂けました！特に名物の金目鯛の煮付けや味噌汁に感動しました　ご馳走さまでした 大浴場の露天風呂もお湯加減が丁度良かったです　また泊まりたいと思いました

向海房間超舒服寧靜，景觀超好．服務殷勤，早餐及晚餐超級豐富、出色、新鮮和美味．交通接送安排很貼心，在非正常服務時間都能快速安排接送巴士往返車站及酒店，有賓至如歸的感覺．A very enjoyable experience to stay at this hotel. Room is cozy, the sea is basically right in front of you with nice sounds of waves. Food is superb, every thing is yummy and fresh. Their service was good too, they can offer free shuttle bus between the station and the hotel during non-servicing hours. Wonderful!
