The separate holiday apartment near the beach for max. 2 adults in a maritime style is particularly suitable for a romantic and casual holiday by the sea for couples or single travelers, also long-term rental/special conditions. It extends over 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a modern small kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob and extractor hood, as well as the cloakroom area. A wooden staircase takes you to the gallery-style living-sleeping area under thatch, which is connected to the barrier-free en suite shower room via a glass door. The panoramic window and two dormer windows provide a wonderful view. The wide meadow area at the holiday home can be used generously for taking leisurely meals, sunbathing and relaxing and is complemented by teak furniture (seating area, benches and loungers) so that it is sunny all day long. The holiday apartment is a non-smoking property, pets are not allowed and is unsuitable for small children. Please note the minimum rental period of 4 nights, or 7 nights in the summer months, which are detailed in the price section. Long-term tenants are very welcome, and of course an individual price advantage is granted.
