「We stayed at this lake house twice, once before our Georgia AT hike, and for one night after our hike, 8 days later. It was perfect! Very clean, beautiful inside and out, great view. It had everything we needed from soap in the showers to a comfy couch to watch a movie after our showers! The only downfall was that we couldn't enjoy it longer! 5 stars - would recommend!」

「This home was very easy to get to, long driveway for ample parking. It was super clean and well stocked. My husband caught large mouth bass, crappie,and catfish off the dock.Th primary bedroom was large and the bed very comfortable, good quality. The view was beautiful. Only negative was the stairs were slightly steep and narrow and both bedrooms were second floor away from the kitchen and living room. We used the hot tub twice and it was lovely. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.」

「Great stay on Lake Chatuge. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. We didn't have a large group, but the house would comfortably hold a few couples/families without feeling crowded. The mixed lake and mountain views did not disappoint. Would definitely return to this property. 」

「Contact with host was so easy from start to finish. The Carriage House was beyond our expectations. Easy access and so inviting. Exactly as described. We can’t say enough about this property and hosts. We were in town for a show at Anderson Music Hall. So many attractions close by. We cancelled plans the last night just to sit and enjoy the Mountain View, deer and the firefly’s definitely put on a show. Will definitely be our #1 choice.」

「We were going to be in the area for the day & thought we would just stay overnight & have a mini weekend get away with our 3 kids ( 1 of which is an infant & learning to crawl) It was a late booking & only for a night. There were no check in instructions, host didn’t answer the messages or phone calls. Had to call VRBO to have them reach out to the host to provide check in info. Online it looked cozy.
