"The reason for 4 stars is because the refrigerator in the kitchen would not make ice. Before the repair man came it was making aboout 10 cubes/12 hours! After he came 0 cubes. The 2 level dock is in terrible condition and had broken glass on the top level. We felt as a family the dock should be replaced with a new one and the house could use an ice machine."

"Neat little cabin in the woods but convenient to town. Really enjoyed sitting on porch. Being 73 years old sleeping upstairs with the bathroom downstairs was a little challenging at night. Had a little problem with the door lock but Tad took care of it quickly. If I had to complain it was that the entry could have been swept and cleaned up a little better.
