"It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. "It’s a nice looking hotel. However, extremely long line and wait time for check-in. There was only one line and it went from one end of the hotel all the way to the front entrance. Terrible customer service and staff didn’t accommodate for stay. I wasn’t expecting to arrive and have to wait 2+ hours for a room I made advanced reservations for. I can be patient, but I don’t have that much patience to be camping out in the lobby. Now, I understood the busyness due to the holiday season, but they need to incorporate a better logistics system in order to improve the guest experiences. Just hire me as the operations manager because I actually care about efficiency 3/10 for the stay, 10/10 for my potential to fix it lol"
