"Just got back from our 2nd trip to this amazing resort. We love the convenience of the location. This resort has everything that you could want in a family resort. Ideally there are various pool locations and you are not spoiled for choice in getting a spot for sun or shade at any of the pools. It is a large resort but easy walking between pool locations. We especially loved the lazy river. We didn't venture to the slides but I'm sure they would be a blast. They have so much to do for the kids, i.e. Cocoland, Paint Ball, Tennis, Tours etc. just to name a few. The staff are amazing in all areas of the resort. The rooms are nicely appointed. We stayed in the Harmony area (adult only) this trip, but we were in the Splash area the last time, which is more kid friendly with King Bed an Trundle Bed for the kids. Rooms are immaculate. The food is outstanding. We made reservations at the resort restaurants' the first time out but this time decided to only do a couple nights and enjoy the Country/Western and Caribbean Nights on the pool deck, and the Buffet Restaurant which has more choices than you can eat. Greet Food and Great entertainment. I can't say enough about this resort and would recommend it to anyone that wants a great worry free vacation, with tour choices, quiet areas and entertainment, whatever you are in the mood for."

"Beautiful property set amongst cocoa trees and luscious jungle. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the water refill station to negate the use of plastic water bottles. The pools were cool and fresh, and the onsite fitness classes are a wonderful addition. Location is perfect, being close to many incredible activities and sights. I 100% recommend for your stay in St. Lucia."

"Wow - what can I say . This truely is an amazing place to stay on vacation or for a special occasion to relax . The rooms and the private gardens are both very spacious and very well equipped with (more than) everything you could want or need ( the only thing I would add is that it would have been nice if the in room plunge pool had the option to be heated). There was a dedicated butler to look after your restaurant or excursion reservations, drinks, laundry, 24 hour in room dining etc . We had an amazing butler named Ethan who made our stay beyond 5* - thank you so much Ethan . He made everything look so professional and seamless - it was on the level with top Dubai and Far East hotels that we’ve stayed in . All the staff were also very warm delivering friendly and efficient service. We ate at the Greathouse for most meals - the food ( as well as cocktails and smoothies) were very good. A shout out to Jemma and Ginal too who remembered our food and drink preferences down to the last detail on a meal by meal basis . We have stayed at other hotels in St Lucia but if a relaxing stay with top level service is what you after , then Serenity should be top of your list. We shall be back. "

"The room we stayed in was immaculate and luxurious! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with booking everything from dinner to excursions. The food in the restaurants on site was delicious and offered a wide variety for all palates. The views of the Pitons from my room and from the restaurant at the resort were fantastic. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to feel pampered or wants a romantic location with their partner. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing time. "

"Nice smaller hotel sufficient for our needs and very reasonably priced. Unfortunately, although close to the airport, we had to take a taxi to find food as the restaurant at the hotel was not open often and were closed Mondays. Staff were very accommodating and arranged our airport shuttle, breakfast reservation and food to be delivered in . Air conditioning worked fine. "

"We stayed at Daze Off for 2 nights and honestly had such a great stay! Literally about 10 minutes from the airport which was ideal after travelling from the UK. The host greeted us on arrival and showed us around which was really lovely, and was super quick with communication the whole time - answered all our questions straight away which made everything really easy! The place itself is done to a really high standard - super modern, spacious and immaculately clean. The bedroom had air con and a HUGE, really comfy bed. There’s also a balcony plus a front porch with lighting, seating and a table - partially shaded which made it perfect for breakfast and chilled evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need - utensils, pots, pans, tea, coffee etc, and there were even drinks left in the fridge (waters, Pitons and a few extras) which was a lovely touch. There isn’t loads going on in the immediate area, but the main bus route is literally a minute walk away so it’s still really easy to get around. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again, such a comfortable, easy and well thought-out stay! Thank you so much. "

"I stayed at this property for a week . The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay . The view of the pitons was breath taking . I was so close I felt like I could walk to them from the balcony . During my stay my flight had been cancelled and I needed to extend my trip for 2 additional stays . The owner was able to accommodate me. I was able meet her personally she was friendly and always available for questions . I travel solo often and I felt comfortable and safe during my stay . I was minutes away from several restaurants and activities. I honesty could not say enough about this property and would def stay again if I were to visit St.Lucia . "
