「The host cancelled the DAY of the beginning of our trip. Not even so much as an apology. Claimed the house was "booked on another platform" but we had already had the house reserved for over a month. Do not rent from them unless you want to be stuck without a house.」

「Heaven! My wife and I loved this place for the breathtaking views from the house. The place was conveniently located near downtown Durango for shopping and for catching the train to Silverton and Mesa Verde National Park. The place itself was cozy and spotless, perfect for a couple's retreat and getaway, offering peace and tranquility. We will definitely stay here again when we return to town.」

「This property has no Air Conditioning. Listing says it has heat but there is no mention of AC. There is no kitchen or dishwasher. It does have a small oven to heat food. The small 1/2 bath has a musty smell and the storm door will only open enough to get in the door. The sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The toilets flushed but sometimes took more than ome attempt and had to wait several minutes for the tank to refill. Overall l was disappointed.」
