"Property is really nice. Rooms were kept clean. We had a hiccup with our room not being cleaned on one day of our stay, but the next day it was done perfectly. Other than that, all good. Breakfast was also very good. We stayed for dinner at the restaurant within the resort, and the food was simply amazing."

"The hotel has a great location, and the rooms are spacious and well designed. However, the level of cleanliness could be improved, especially for a 5-star property. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Although there was plenty of food and a good selection, the quality did not match what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. It felt more focused on quantity than on freshness, taste, and overall quality. I have had significantly better breakfasts at some 4-star hotels. The location is excellent and very convenient, but overall, I expected a higher standard of service and quality from a 5-star hotel."

"The location within Mostar is excellent and the propery itself is a very nice setting. The staff was also very helpful and the room was nice, clean. The bed however was very firm, not comfortable. There was also an outdoor wedding reception right outside my room which played loud dance music until after midnight. It's a wedding, I get it, but wasnt expecting that. Overall I did enjoy the stay."

"The boutique hotel is centrally located with a lovely restaurant and lounge. Staff are polite and welcoming. Room is comfortable and quiet. Coffee pods and snacks are available in room, it helps to boost your energy. Perhaps a water kettle is preferred for tea lovers. In all, we have a nice stayed."
