Great Famliy Hotel

I stayed last year with 3 freinds so booked again this year only for s 2 nighr stay but the hotel is great with a nice pool small bar and snack bar the owners a very nice people when we arrived they remembered us form the previous year gave us complementry melon was very pleasent the rooms are cleaned daily there is security at night it in a great location 5 min walk to bars and resturants 15 min from bar street

We stayed here for 11 nights in May. The hotel arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport 45euros. The hotel is lovely and the rooms are spacious and clean. The cleaner comes daily. Food, bar and pool area are a nice place to relax. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was that the hotel was very quiet and we were woke constantly throughout the first night by the noise of doors opening and closing. You cannot close and lock the main door to each apartment without the whole building hearing it. We were offered another room but didn’t really think this would make a difference as we would still be able to hear all the doors ‘slamming’. We went to the closet pharmacy and bought ear plugs and this seemed to help (along with the alcohol!) It’s a shame because without the noisy doors we would give 5 stars.

Zimmer mit vielen Dont's

Alt aber sauber. Kein Luxushotel. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt zu wünschen übrig. Nichts zum Kaffee machen, weder Maschine noch Brühaufsatz. Außer einer Pfanne und einem Topf nichts zum Kochen. Die Toilette stammt wohl aus den 80er Jahren, damit meine ich auch die Brille! Auch der Duschvorhang dürfte schon mindestens ein Jahrzehnt lang dort hängen ... Am schlimmsten aber ... und deswegen gibt es nur 1 statt 2 Sternen, bei schlechtem Wetter, kein warmes Wasser, weil sie wohl zu geizig sind bei fehlender Sonne die Heizung anzuschmeissen. WLAN gab es bei uns im Zimmer übrigens auch nicht ... Musste mich ins Treppenhaus stellen damit ich Empfang bekomme. Ich glaube das reicht als Info.

Non siamo soddisfatti.

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura a metà settembre. Inizialmente abbiamo avuto una buona impressione: il personale risultava cortese e l'appartamentino era carino, funzionale e sembrava pulito. Con il pernottamento ci siamo resi conto però dei vari problemi: il fornelletto che ci veniva fornito era praticamente inutilizzabile (l'acqua ha impiegato quasi un'ora per bollire), il bollitore era ammuffito, le tazze erano sporche e nel cassetto delle posate c'era una puzza che ricordava l'odore delle feci del gatto. Quando abbiamo chiesto del detersivo per piatti per pulire almeno le tazze ci è stato negato dicendo dicendoci che dovevamo provvedere noi. Per quanto riguarda la posizione anche è stato deludente: abbiamo seguito le indicazioni dateci dalla reception per arrivare in spiaggia e ci abbiamo messo circa quaranta minuti a piedi. Per quanto riguarda il centro, invece, è abbastanza centrale. Non ci ritorneremo.

Friendly hostess

The hostess was very frienly; she works days and nights to keep the guests happy. The room was very simple but clean, the only downside was that the shower-thing was broken so you had to keep the hose with one hand and rince your hair with the other. Also there were a lot of young people making a lot of noise at night. Coffee and wine at the restaurant I wouldn't recommend, but the gyros was excellent! The site of the appartment was perfect; close to the center but not right down in the noisy part.

Excellent for couples out of season

Well placed on main street, access to buses, old town and 30 minutes walk to beach. Very quiet (early May), very friendly and helpful owner, good pool, lovely garden - only minor downside were the rather hard mattresses. A good base for exploring the north-east coast by bus or on foot. No mosquitoes at this time! Sadly, the situation apparently changes from June through the summer, when the town is invaded by young single holidaymakers (and mosquitoes).

nice hotel very friendly staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome to the rear of hotel very nice garden that you can tell is looked after,room very clean attended to on a regular basis I cannot fault this place felt right at home would be very suitable for couples or families and as I was a single guest,very handy for the infamous strip nightclub area but far enough away that this would not be a problem,a peaceful oasis

Lage: relativ zentral im Ort; kleiner Supermarkt an der nächsten Ecke der Hauptstraße. Einchecken: Bei der Ankunft am Nachmittag war die Rezeption nicht besetzt, auch kein Schild oder eine Klingel vorhanden. Nach einigem Suchen und Fragen konnte die zuständige Dame im Hause gefunden werden; danach ging alles reibungslos. Raum und Ausstattung: Unser Raum befand sich rückseitig zur Straße Machis Kritis 16 (auch als Navi-Adresse einzugeben). Ein relativ großer Raum (etwa 25 m²) mit zwei einzelnen Betten (feste Matratzen), zwei einzelnen Stühlen, ein kleiner Tisch, Spiegel mit Föhn daneben, Klimaanlage (von uns nicht genutzt), Küchenzeile und Bad siehe unten. Kleine Terrasse oder Balkon. Kein Bildschirm. Küchenausstattung: Einbeckenspüle, Kühlschrank mit „offenem“ Gefrierfach, elektrische Heizplatte (eine „große“ Kochstelle sowie eine Mini-Kochstelle, zu der es aber keinen Topf gab), Wasserkocher, jeweils genau zweimal Bestecke, zwei Tassen mit Untertassen (die nicht zusammen passten), zwei Frühstücksteller, zwei tiefe Teller (keine großen flachen), zwei Gläser, ein Kochtopf, eine Pfanne, Korkenzieher/Flaschenöffner, Schöpf- und Schaumkelle. Keine Spülmittel, Wischlappen, Geschirrtücher usw. Empfehlung: Evtl. eigene Utensilien mitbringen oder vor Ort erwerben. Badausstattung: wie üblich, allerdings mit ausgesprochen kleiner Duschwanne (60 x 60 cm). Der Duschvorhang war zu kurz und reichte nicht bis zum Duschwannenrand, so dass der Fußboden bei jedem Duschen mit nass wurde. Der Ab

Отличный отель, ответственные хозяева!!

находится в городе Малия, остановка Малия-центр (n33 общественного транспорта). Дом 179, подписан. Состояние отеля отличное, мебель в хорошем состоянии, вода и горячая и холодная без перебоев. В номере убирали ежедневно, смена полотенец через день, постельного белья через три дня. Во дворе есть неплохой бассейн, рядом бар. Хозяйка очень приветлива и ненавязчива. В номере есть кухня с посудой и минимум быт. Техники так что приготовить покушать не проблема. Это самый лучший из трех моих пребываний отель на Крите!
