Overall, it was a beautiful, family-run hotel that was clean, well-maintained, and had excellent facilities. The pool was nice and the breakfast was delicious and diverse, combining local and international flavors. Highly recommended for retreats and stays near Heraklion, Crete

Fantastic rooms ,everywhere is spotlessly clean ,comfiest sunbeds ever.Great pool to relax and only 5mins walk to everything. What makes this a great hotel is the host George and his family who run it. They genuinely care and can't do enough for you .. Filia at the bar and his wife are lovely. George is a fantastic cook so be sure to ask for food not on the snack menu. We will most definitely be back.

Alles was das Herz begehrt.

Perfect hotel! This hotel is run by a couple and their daughter. We received a warm welcome and our check-in went very smoothly! The rooms are actually very comfortable suites, tastefully decorated in a modern, minimalist style with hints of Greek culture. The rooms are very pleasant and, above all, very, very clean! Well done to the cleaning team! The hotel has a large, very pleasant swimming pool with a small bar next to it. There is also a restaurant. An excellent breakfast is served every morning. A small car park is also available nearby. As the hotel is located near a road, there is no noise pollution. What's more, the seaside with its restaurants is only a 10-minute walk away. As you can see, this hotel is simply magnificent and I highly recommend it! Excellent value for money.

An Absolutely Wonderful Stay – We Can’t Wait to Come Back! ❤️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t have wished for a better holiday! The entire family is incredibly friendly, kind, welcoming, and caring. From the very first moment, we felt completely at home. We have never experienced such warm and personal hospitality before. They took such wonderful care of us, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their kindness, humor, and positive energy made our stay not only relaxing but also incredibly fun. We laughed so much and made memories that we will cherish for a long time. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, and we had a fantastic view that made our stay even more special. What touched us most was the genuine warmth of the family. It never felt like we were simply guests — we truly felt welcomed as friends. ❤️ We would come back anytime without hesitation and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete. If you are looking for cleanliness, comfort, wonderful hospitality, and people who genuinely care about their guests, this is definitely the place to stay! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our holiday so unforgettable! We wish the entire family all the very best, happiness, good health, and continued success. We truly hope to see you very, very soon again! ❤️ 10/10 – an absolute recommendation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at Filia Luxury Suites. The cleanliness stood out immediately. Our room was spotless, and the pool area was just as well kept, with everything tidy and inviting. The suites are spacious, with plenty of room to relax and unpack. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, tasty options to start the day. Even the small details were right, like the perfect water pressure in the shower. The whole stay felt comfortable and well looked after. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing stay in Crete.
