「The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful…I wish I got his name but he was welcoming and super friendly. When I walked into the unit, the TV was on and it sounded like someone else was there…which startled me. There was a door missing from the bathroom vanity, there was trash in the kitchen disposal, no hangers in the closet and scuff marks on all of the bedroom walls and dresser. I’ve stayed at other Global Suites before but this one could definitely use a little TLC. 」

「The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. 「Everything we needed for the 3 day weekend we spent in DC. Perfect size for 4 people to stay, hang out, and sleep. Easy to find and central to a lot of really fun restaurants. 「フライトの遅れで翌朝のチェックインになりましたが、こちらのエクスペディアに相談し、ホテルに事前連絡を入れてもらい、当日のチェックインもほぼほぼスムーズに出来ました。 朝食も毎朝いただけて満足です（アメリカの朝食ですので、ご想像の通りですが） お部屋は広く、ソファーやキッチンなども完備、長期滞在できるタイプでした。 少し歩きますが、近くにターゲットなどのスーパーもあるようです。また、メトロの駅も出来たようで、頑張れば空港から歩いてアクセス可能かもしれません。」
