Relax in this serene Townhome in desirable Citrus Hills. This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath boasts a large Florida room and private carport. Additional sitting room in master bedroom with desk for remote working and sofa to relax. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Coffee bar. Includes all linens ,towels, Wifi and cable. Heated saltwater pool out back with lounge chairs. Citrus county has golf, gulf beaches, snorkeling in the springs, swimming with manatees, scalloping, kayaking, tennis and more!

The host was very responsive when we had issues with the Roku devise, which we much appreciated. She also provided beach gear for us as well. The unit was comfortable, nicely furnished, and basically clean. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs a good dusting as there were cobwebs hanging down from it and the stair case carpets could also use a cleaning. Overall, it was an ok stay for the price.

The home was very nice and had everything we needed. I loved that we had a covered carport for our vehicle. It was very quiet for being a condo connected to other homes. We would definitely stay there again when we are in town.

Clean, enjoyable location, comfortable condo except for the Roku TV with no directions!

The condo and location were fine and we basically enjoyed our two week stay. The cleanliness was perfect. The Roku TV was useless, no directions and a partially broken remote( we did email our host with these concerns. A reply stated he/she would contact the property manager….never heard from them.)

Clean and updated condo

The condo was very clean and spacious with some nice updates. I appreciated the plush towels and bedding, plush pillows. Big tv was great too! The only negative was that it was kind of dark with no outside porch or deck to sit outside.

Great stay!

We had a very nice stay. Townhouse was very clean with everything we needed. Nice well-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Perfect for our visit with friends in Citrus Hills - just minutes away. Cattle Dog Coffee was close by and had excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We would definitely stay again.

Getaway

The property and the area were perfect. We’re building next door in Terra Vista and it was just the right location so we could check on the house. The townhouse is very well managed and it was very clean.
