Staff was wonderful.
The room itself was clean and comfortable *However!* The heater was appallingly loud. Unpleasant to have to choose between boisterous noise and cold room temperature throughout the night - both of which interrupt sleep. Not acceptable.

Bike tour from Hopi point to hermits rest was best experience of the trip

The view is obstructed by trees. The worst view in the park, and we went to all of them. The power went out when we were there so we couldnt buy anything cold. Couldnt use credit cards either with no electricity. Nothing in the gift shop that you couldnt buy elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend going here at all.Turn around at Pima Point and head back down.

Cool place to have a coffee, but summer crowds can be problematic. Trees block the view of the canyon in some places, too.

Bought souvenirs at Hermit's Rest and then found them cheaper at the Tower at the east end.
