A large open-concept living area with a kitchen, a second living room with a sleeper sofa, the historic veranda with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a south-facing rooftop terrace provide space for 2 to 4 people. The second separate living area ensures that an extra bed can be set up in the living room without disturbing others. A travel crib and a high chair (for an additional fee) can be requested for young guests. A parking space is available at the house under the carport.

Each apartment has a parking space available at the building (mostly covered), and some units have separate (lockable) storage rooms for bicycles. A washing machine and dryer (in the basement) are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
