Tiptop hotel(Kette). Es gab in unserem Hotel nen Problem mit der Sauna, dadurch durften wir den SPA Bereich im Nachbar Hotel benutzen. Anstatt 2 Saunen hatten wir 4 und nen grösseren Swimmingpool. Danke too geregelt.

Das Hotel ist zentral an der Strandpromenade gelegen. Das Essen (auch Frühstück) ist sehr gut und stand ausreichend bis Mittag zur Verfügung. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß oder mit einen Fahrrad vor dem Hotel zu erreichen. Ein sehr gutes Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sowie Sauna konnten auch genutzt werden.

Es war leider nicht möglich, im Innenbereich des Restaurants einen Tisch für 4 Personen zu bekommen, um noch Getränke zu konsumieren, obwohl alles leer war mit der Begründung, dass diese Tische für Gaste mit Speisenwunsch vorbehalten sind.

Ein tolles Hotel an der Promenade, sehr elegant, aber nicht vollständig. Zimmer: Design geschmackssache, sehr eintönig aber hochwertig. Im Sommer fehlt definitiv die Klimaanlage, gibt mobile Lösungen wenn man fragt. Service: Rezeption super, Frühstücksservice zu wenig Leute, Tische teilweise nicht mit Geschirr und Kaffee kann gerne mal 10min dauern. Barservice auch bei wenig Besuch zu langsam mit den Getränken. Essen/Bar: das Frühstück ist ausreichend, viele gesunde Optionen. Bar hat viele Optionen, für jeden was dabei. Wellness: ein Pool für ein paar Personen, ein Dampfbad und eine Sauna. Ausreichend wenn man etwas Wellness machen möchte, ist aber kein Wellness Hotel. Spa Anwendungen im Nachbarhotel lediglich buchbar. Lage: direkt an der Promenade, man kriegt jedoch wenig mit von den Menschen. Relativ ruhiger Ort, nicht viele Familien oder junge Leute.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen und läßt keine Wünsche offen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Besonders möchten wir die Frau Kasia, Winiaczyk erwähnen.Sie hat uns in allen Be- langen des Hotels hervorragend betreut und sehr viel interessantes über den Kurort und dessen Betätigungs- möglichkeiten vermittelt. Beim Frühstück wurden wir besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient von der Frau S, Heim. Vom Aufenthalt her, sind wir sehr angenehm überrascht und begeistert. Wir besuchen Sie sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen Sie sehr gerne an unsere Bekannte weiter. Wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden. Ob es die netten Servicekräfte beim Frühstück oder in der Bar waren. Oder die kleine Aufmerksamkeit für jeden Gast zum Nikolaus. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Aussicht wirklich wunderschön. Wir kommen wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Fantastisch bis auf das Frühstück

Alles fantastisch! Bis auf die morgendlichen Brötchen. Wie von gestern. Käseangebotvkönnte auch innerhalb einer Woche wechseln. Cappuccino zur Bedienung für die Gäste während des Frühstücks würde ich begrüßen. Der gebrühte Café der auf dem Tisch steht schmeckt abgestanden.

Echt tolles Hotel, wir hatten die Junior Suite mit Badewanne direkt vor dem Fenster. Einfach ein Traum. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist in Ordnung und des Zimmers zweckmäßig, wünschenswert wäre eine gefüllte Minibar, sowie ein Wasserkocher/Kaffeeautomat. Dies hat mir persönlich gefehlt. Aber der Ausblick hat alles wieder weg gemacht. Tolle Lage. Leider gab es Abstriche beim Service dass keine genauen Angaben über die Länge der Bewirtung gab, wir wollten um 22:05 Uhr noch einen Cocktail in der Bar nehmen, da wurde uns leider mitgeteilt, ein Drink gehe .., das sie schon geschlossen sei .

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war herzlich und sehr freundlich. Allerdings konnte das Frühstück in seiner Preisklasse leider nicht überzeugen. Keine Auswahl an Kuchen und nur eingeschränktes Angebot von Rührei etc., wie im Standardhotel. Kein Spiegelei, kein Omlet und keine Pancakes. Und eine unfreundliche Bedienung, die einen ihren Mehraufwand für das angefagte Eindecken eines Tisches auf der seeseitigen Terasse spüren ließ. Man bekam dann ein am Tresen bereits vorbereitetes Tablett "abgeladen", der Service des Eindeckens schien nicht vorgesehen.
