1 bathroom with shower, bath and sink - shampoo, and shower gel are supplied - This property is on a septic tank and anything other than toilet roll, must not be flushed down the toilet.

* This property is on a bore hole for water supply. This means that the shower temperature is set to a constant warm setting and really hot, or really cold showers can not be set.
* Please be aware that there is a pond surrounding the summer house in the grounds. It is your responsibility to ensure that children are supervised around this area. There are signs by this area.
* There are areas on the grounds of the property where guests are not allowed to access, including the area around the septic tank. There will be signs stating that there is restricted access, please do not enter.

🔔 A Small Note: As the cottage sits on a main road, a little traffic noise can be heard. It’s rarely disruptive, and the home still offers lovely rural views and plenty of quiet areas to relax. We do provide earplugs for sensitive ears to enjoy a peaceful sleep.

One bedroom has reduced head height from the cottage's sloped ceilings.
This property uses a borehole for its water supply. As a result, the shower temperature is set to a constant, warm setting and cannot be adjusted to very hot or very cold.
