Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend.

Nice hotel,staff, but parking and breakfast high

excellent location--parking tight and overpriced. Breakfast has come w/rm for past ten years, but now costs $20 pp. Bar and lounge nice w/excellent service and staff.

I stayed for one night here without breakfast as I was on my way to Frankfurt Airport Area. The room did not have fridge but could not get any ice from reception. The room was great. My problem was with the car park, it had steel plates in the driveway which has no meaning or value . These steel plates are irritating .They can also damage your car if it is low level car.

Die lüftung im bad funktionierte nicht dementsprechend war die luft und die Feuchtigkeit führte zu wasser und schimmelflecken. Vermutlich besteht das Problem schon länger aber es kümmert sich keiner darum und das Zimmer wird nur vergeben wenn sonst nichts mehr frei ist.

Hervorragend gelegenes Stadthotel

Das ACHAT-Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen für alle, die an den Festspielen teilnehmen oder einfach das einzigartige Flair rund um den Marktplatz abends genießen möchten. Wir hatten in unserem Reservierungswunsch ausdrücklich angegeben, dass wir nicht in einem der Zimmer zur Bundesstraße hin wohnen wollten. So konnteen wir auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Eine Klimaanlage konnte zudem an dem ersten heißen Sommertag die Termperatur auf ein erträgliches Maß herunterkühlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die anderen sind kleiner, doch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wäre auch dafür ordentlich gewesen. Praktisch auch die Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel.

Nöjda

Väldigt trevligt bemötande i receptionen, god frukost och stort rum. Lite dåligt städat i rummet men i helhet ett väldigt trevligt besök och mysigt torg i närheten. Även lite butiker och ”snabbmat”ställen i närheten. Perfekt läge i nära anslutning till motorvägen då vi var på genomresa.
