「They took my money never gave me a room very unacceptable I will never go there again」

「Another great stay.」

「This is a nice, second-story apartment. Decent space for the price.」

「This is a very clean, rather stark property with the basics. Not cozy or homelike, but it serves it's purpose. The owners were very responsive & nice when we needed more dishes or other kitchen basics. Street noise is an issue, busy main street near stop light, fire, police & ambulance sirens day & nite. Use the sound machine they provide, bring earplugs. Good for a college student.student」

「everything was as shown. very clean and comfortable! wish it would have had a TV. however I was aware that it didn't prior to booking.」

「Place was very cute and clean. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had so many appliances in case you needed to cook. It had great lighting, and the remote for the A/C was easy to operate.」

「Very clean, easy check-in, convenient to everything downtown.」

「My stay here was excellent. I enjoyed the peace and quie, which made it a great place to work remotely. I appreciated having everything I needed... dishes and silverware, washingmachine, coffee and coffee pot. The neighborhood is beautiful and a wonderful place for morning walks. I would definitely reserve this unit again when I visit Durham.」

「My family's experience renting this property this past weekend was very poor. While the apartment and amenities were good, the apartment was disgusting and dirty. It we had any other choice, we would've left immediately. When we arrived, the apartment looked like someone tried hard to do as little as possible to make it look clean. The previous occupant had a pet, and there was hair everywhere. The floors had not been swept, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the rugs in the bathroom had not...

「I would love to stay here whenever I visit the area」

「We enjoyed our stay and the relaxation of the lake view. The unit was more of a studio than a one bedroom but it was comfortable and clean. A real plus would be if the host wanted to provide paddle boards or a boat to go out on the lake. I tried to walk around the lake, but there really isn't a trail For most of it」

「This place was the worst place I've ever stayed in. There wasn't any utensils nor dishes for the "kitchenette". Unbelievably, there was no cold water in the shower - usually, it's the hot water that is bad, but in this case the shower was blazing hot and that was the only temperature. There were cockroaches in the room. I killed at least 8 of them. The place needs an exterminator. The lacked basic accessories such as lights on the bed night stands and no rod, hangers nor shelves in the...

「The location was super and having laundry was helpful!」
