「This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown...

「My family, all adults now, enjoyed how close entertainment and eating establishments were. Very quiet, clean neighborhood. Lots of very nice dog walkers for neighbors. The rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed ourselves a lot.We were all there for a wedding and the VRBO was perfect. Great communication communications with the owners.」

「Great neighbourhood, a well designed apartment with 'cosy' kitchen. We loved having breakfast on the terrace under the shade of the beautiful mature trees each morning. Very comfortable bed, and the single bed worked well for our young adult son. The apartment was very well located to Duke university and the amenities on and near 9th Street and Broad street.
