Amazing hotel, very badly let down by the staff. There is absolutely no attention to detail. They are all lovely but they tell you as little as possible unless you ask. No offer of ski lockers, ski passes, spa info etc. Dining room has amazing views but again no attention to detail. Eg.. ordered a dessert for sharing & it arrived with no plates, no cutlery. You have to ask for absolutely everything which I wouldn’t mind if I was in a low budget accommodation which this is not. I would stay again purely for the ski in ski out access and views.

«Eagles nest» in Hemsedal
Recently refurbished to high standards. Lovely new rooms, good dinner service (a little bit on the pricy side) great breakfast and stunning views.

101% - just what I needed
I stayed at many hotels - Good times, Bad times... you know Ive had my share...
This was a true pleasure from start to finish. You get "all smiles A+ service, all the way" from a young crew who is on their tip of their toes to help - 24/7 (I tested just that). Hotel facilities in the high end, view = perfect, SPA = excellent, food and drinkz = spot on.
101% excellent review from my side.
