Bathroom is in main bedroom area and door to bathroom isn’t super private. Check in is exactly at 4pm. No way of getting early check in. The luggage storage available is nice to have as long as you can trust people. It’s not checked baggage, just a closet open to anyone who has access to the building, but still a nice option to have."

"Location was excellent but extremely busy by Times Square. Central for live theatre and Broadway.a very good.location. Housekeeping was ordinary and we did need to chase things up, we paid for 3 sharing but onky received twin top ups for towels and coffee etc. We returned one afternoon after lunch to find the staff had left our door unlocked. We did report this to reception staff. I will give our bed a comfort rating of 10/10, with an absolutely beautiful nights sleep."
