「I recently booked this hotel in Badrinath through hotel.com, but upon arrival, I discovered that the hotel didn't exist. I urge hotel.com to investigate this property's physical presence and remove it from their listings to prevent others from being deceived.」

「The rooms appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time, and the bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odor. The only positive aspect was the availability of hot water.」

「The property is not as it looks in the pictures. It is typical 1 star property with stained bedding, small room and everything looks dated. Not worth the money.」
