「Really poor service from the reception team. We were charged for the room again at check out because she didn’t speak to us before charging to a card. It wasn’t even the card used to book but one used to pay for breakfast.

「Beautiful setting and conveniently located to Tring and especially the train station which is a couple of minutes drive from the hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed. After hours eats/snacks are not available. The only reason I left 3 stars for "well maintained" is that much of the wood trim on the exterior of the hotel is in desperate need for paint before the intricate wood trims start to rot. The grounds are magnificent. We would stay there again.」
