「Clean room, helpful people」

「 I booked this bed and breakfast last minute Luckily I got this gem of a b and b The booking was super easy, correspondence with the owner was exceptional. On arrival we were greeted by Claire one of the owners very friendly and gave us very clear instructions about our stay . The room was ideal for us as there were only myself and my husband and we're staying just two nights . We had everything we could possibly need and we were messaged to say if we needed anything to let them know . I liked...

「We have stayed there twice in the last few weeks. Was nice and clean, good value for money.」

「mud stains on the carpet upon arrival, cannot fill kettle from the sink, had to use glass to fill kettle, otherwise lovely stay, nice and quiet」

「Nice big room well heated and nice hot water. Could have done with 2 comfy chairs in the room as it was quite big plus a bigger coffee table, other than these ideas we would book this room again as we have have done before.」

「Got to stay 4 day's and is November time , must say the room was kept quiet warm especially at nights that the temperature dropped. Over all had a good experience with very helpful staff. The was breakfast included on my stay but i was too lazy to get up in the mornings 😁 , but the option was there if i wanted. I do raccomend this hotel. Is good value for money. 」

「Have to say apart from a few things maintenance wise that need addressing, the flat was lovely. I reported the shower was not working on Monday, and was asked permission if the maintenance man could go in to the flat to sort it out, on our return we had a brand new shower fitted, I can not fault the service and reply so would defiantly stay again」

「We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night.
