「Excellent hotel with very nice glamping and food / staff was very responsive and nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was excellent / we unfortunately missed dinner. On lake Naivasha with boat tour facilities. Hells Gate Park is very close. Excellent access to all facilities. Special thanks to Geoffrey the Front Desk Manager who was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would love to have extended our visits will be back again.」

「L'hôtel est idéalement situé, dans un endroit calme entouré d'arbres et de fleurs, tout en étant proche du centre-ville et des lieux à visiter. L'accueil est chaleureux, les services sont excellents, et l'établissement est bien entretenu et propre. Même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine pendant quelques jours en raison d'une panne, l'hôtel a fait un geste commercial en nous offrant un petit-déjeuner. La piscine a été rapidement remise en service, parfaitement entretenue et agréable....

「Overall this was a nice hotel. The issue I experienced finding my wallet missing money immediately after a staff member cleaned our room. When escalating the incident with the hotel staff, they sided with their staff member and the story they told us was not believable. 」

「Nothing!! Schmutzig, Schimmelig, Matratzen durchgelegen ( fühlte mich wie eine Banane ). Das 1. Zimmer zur Straße. Laut ohne ende. Statt einer Badezimmer Tür nur ein schmutziges Duschtuch. Das 2. Zimmer am anderen Ende. Schimmel im Zimmer Dusche voll schimmelig. Pflegeprodukte bestand aus einem winzigen Stück Seife. Das Essen nur halb fertig gegart und nicht alles von der Karte zu haben. Nach einer Nacht haben wir den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Fotos vorhanden von den Mängeln. Ich hätte gern mein...

「Remove the word “luxury” in the name of the hotel or replace it by “Outdated” then it’s clear about the state. Also replace “pool” with “Pond” it describes it better the water was green and dirty Flowers/bushes on balconies was all dead why not remove them」

「The hotel denied that I had booking even I showed them the email from Expedia!! They said we don't deal with Expedia!!! I tried to contact Expedia but in vain.. Weak support service.. No email to contact Expedia at. The stupid messenger is just automated templates that were not of any help at all. Calling call center Internationally is extremely expensive. Basically, I was ripped off and totally ignored by Expedia. I had to search for another hotel. Money is gone... Hotel is a bunch of theifs...
