Quiet time

We planned a last minute trip and we were glad that we could stay in europarcs. The weather was not super and the park was relatively quiet. There was no activity arranged for the kids. There was a nice indoor and outdoor playground available but because there was almost always empty, my kids didn’t get the vibe to play. Our chalet was in 5 min walking distance to beach and that was nice. But due to the weather conditions we were not going therr often

Relaxing stay in Zeeland

The holiday lets are large and generally well decorated/maintained - couple of niggles about Internet and shower quickly sorted. The service staff were very helpful. Facilities onsite pretty good - play area fantastic for my 4 year old. View from window was lovely - birds and water. Things to improve - the heating seemed to switch off automatically after a set time meaning we woke up cold. The chalet could be a little bit cleaner - bottles filled with cigarettes outside on balcony. Eurparcs should provide a recommended list of things to bring not provided - like toilet paper, tea towels, cleaning items etc. Would save time. Overall though not bad at all - had a good time.

Very strong smell from the shower drain. Despite additional cleaning by the park staff, the pungent smell was back after half a day. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and a corresponding number of unsavory stains on the walls. House cleaning is only carried out very superficially: dirt in every corner and grease on the stove. It's a shame for the otherwise beautiful house.

Wir waren 3x im EuroParcs du Soleil nähe Noordweijk, hatten jedesmal ein Starterpaket. Dh.Kehrichtsack Duschmittel Abwaschlappen.usw. Das gab es hier nicht, mussten fragen wegen Kerichtsack und haben einen bekommen.... Alles ok, kommen wieder

Schön gelegen, zuvorkommendes Personal

Individuelle Häuschen, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Gescjirr, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Tisch und Stühle für die Terrasse und auch einen Sonnenschirm dazu). Liegt direkt hinter der Düne, Strand in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Leider waren bei uns Ameisen im Haus, die Klobrille und ein Fenster defekt, und besonders gut geputzt war auch nicht. Trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Sehr kleine Schlafzimmer, ohne Fenster, die man öffnen kann. Kein Fenster auf der Toilette. Hundehaufen auf dem Rasen. Das Wasser im Waschbecken lief nicht ab. Eine kaputte Uhr mit sichtbaren Brüchen hing schief an der Wand. Alle Gläser und Teller waren schmutzig in den Schränken. Für fünf Personen und fünf Tage wurde eine halbe Rolle Klopapier, 2 Spülmaschinentabs, ein einziger verwendbarer Müllsack zur Verfügung gestellt. Keine Geschirrhandtücher, o.ä. Es war eine Tortur, herauszufinden, wie man die Tür öffnet und abschließt. Für den Preis eine Frechheit. Die Umgebung ist recht schön, man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und kommt auch gut mit den Öffis nach Rotterdam (was übrigens nicht so sehenswert ist) und Den Haag.

Die Unterkunft / unser Häuschen War wirklich sehr schön. Nur die Restaurants (auf dem Platz) machen schon sehr früh am Abend zu oder haben garnicht auf. Das personal ist in Hinsicht auf fragen wie und wo man was schönes unternehmen kann Nicht so kontaktfreudig und verweisen auf die auslegenden Flayer

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Schöner Park und sehr schön eingerichtete Häuschen. Leider war das Besteck und Geschirr nicht sauber und hier und da war es bisschen schmutzig. Praktisch wären Geschirrtücher und ein paar Putzmittel. Alles in allem aber schön!

Das Geld leider nicht wert.

Der Bungalow war sehr schmutzig und sehr heruntergekommen. Die Möbel abgerockt. Ein Absperrgitter für das Hochbett hat gefehlt. Die Außenanlagen des Bungalows nicht gepflegt. Die Anlage selbst war Ok. Das Personal hat 0,0 auf die Beschwerde reagiert. Die Freizeitaktivitäten konnten nicht genutzt werden da die Anlage personell unterbesetzt war. Die Ameisenplage haben sie ebenfalls nicht in den Griff bekommen.

Der Late Check In war total toll geregelt und das Personal hat sich jederzeit gut um uns gekümmert. Das Tiny House war ideal für uns und die Küche war optimal ausgestattet. Die Lage war ebenfalls toll! Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist natürlich ein Jackpot.

Accomodatie was niet schoon spinnenwebben in de lamp huiskamer, onder de bedden heel veel stof, grote vlek op de stoffen sofa melding van gemaakt werd niets aan gedaan. Linnengoed en handdoeken is in de 19 dagen verbijf niet vervangen. Decoratie was niet aanwezig. Schoonmaak dienst in de 19 dagen verblijf niet gezien of gehoord elektrische föne kortsluiting en was al heel erg oud. In de avond uren jeugd die rondje reden op het park met harde muziek aan. Veel buitenlandse arbeids emigranten, (vluchtelingen) Indoor speeltuin was goed.

Wir hatten ein neuwertiges Mobil Haus, alles sehr sauber, und gut ausgestattet. Wir sind am späten Abend angekommen. Eigentlich ist der Check in nur bis 17 Uhr möglich, aber nach telefonischer Absprache war der späte Check in möglich. Leider konnte man bei der Buchung nicht erfahren, daß man sich um die Handtücher selber kümmern muß, daher wären wir am 1. Tag ohne Handtücher.
