「Clean room, tons of space, friendly staff, great location, no complaints at all.
Only area of improvement is the parking situation, both how limited it is (understandable due to the area) and the fact it is chargeable, outside of that an outstanding hotel which we will definitely visit again.」

「Claire came to meet us and show around, how things worked, especially the gas fire( I would never have found the lever to switch it on).The cottage is really excellent, beautifully presented as a home not a bare soulless place with cheap cotton covered furniture. High quality kitchen, excellent cutlery, glassware.excellent bedding etc etc etc.」

「We booked as a group of friends wanting a relaxing weekend. The house was perfect for us, 6 large bedrooms all en-suite, games room and well equipped kitchen. We were greeted with a beautiful freshly made cake and bottle of fizz. Only 5 minutes drive to Tesco. The hosts were extremely helpful We couldn’t asked for more, perfect for families or groups of friends. I even got a cuddle with one of the hosts cats We walked to the local pub and can Also recommend a walk along Tiverton canal 」

「This property was in a great location near to sea and town centre. It has good seating areas for socialising in the lounge and garden and the smaller conservatory was also a bonus during poor weather. Ian’s communication was good and told us everything we needed to know. We’d definitely consider staying here again if we come back to teignmouth. 」
