This is fairly large, fully equipped studio. Everything is fully functioning, in good shape and repair. Excellent location. Relatively quiet. No air-conditioning, so beware of staying there in a heat wave. The shower is curtain style within the bathroom, so water tends to splash all over the floor. Wiring of one of the electric fixture looked very dubious. The only decorative element was one photograph on the wall, ill fitting and partly delaminated. In general, the decor is minimalist, austere, dated. Don't expect style and ambience.
