Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Supermarkt braucht man zu Fuß 20/ per Auto 3 Min.. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Mit dem Auto ist man auch innerhalb von 30 min z.B. in Königswinter oder Phantasialand.Die Wohnung selbst liegt im Souterrain und war natürlich im Herbst jetzt...
