The house offers 2 comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom and a children’s room with two single beds, plus a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a rustic wood-burning stove for cooking, baking, and heating. The kitchen also includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, electric heaters in every room, a TV with video-on-demand, a washing machine, and a coffee machine.



Outside, a spacious private garden of about 2,000 m² awaits you. Enjoy the sunny south-facing terrace (approx. 25 m²) with open views of meadows and fields. A private grill, outdoor shower, and a sun island in summer invite you to relax.

A special highlight: There is a horse stable with 3 stalls on the property. You are welcome to bring your own horse (for an extra fee). A paddock opposite the house can be arranged with at least one week’s notice.
