1. Too warm in room
I didn't use air-condition even though the wall heating system itself is too warm, no blanket and open window in the night.

One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us.」
「The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. 」
