"Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Die Flure zu den Wohnungen sind sehr dunkel, etwas mehr Licht wäre schön. Alles sauber und auch still. Wir haben uns über die Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus gefreut. Ich schreibe mal so was ich denke, was ich ändern würde..... Die Wohnung war gut, auch von der Aufteilung. Bad ist sehr schön fertig gemacht und auch sehr sauber. Die Küche von der Optik auch gut. Leider waren zu viele alte Küchenutensilien in den Schränken. Die Töpfe unter der Spühle sind nicht so...

"Im Haus ein Aufzug,sehr angenehm. Da ich schon älter bin hatte ich Probleme mit dem Bad. Das Waschbecken und Toilette sind sehr tief. Das Duschen in der Wanne,Ein/ Ausstieg schwierig. Durchlauferhitzer mit Temperatureinstellung,,super. Den Balkon habe ich viel genutzt. Es fehlt eine Markise. Im Sommer wird sich Balkon und Zimmer sehr aufheizen. Schrankbett,nicht bequem geht aber. Küche gute Ausstattung. Ein Sonnenschutz wäre dringend nötig."
