Staff was extremely kind and helpful!! Allowed me to stow my luggage when I arrived several hours early, and my room was ready a couple of hours early as well. Room was cute and in good condition. A bit of mildew staining in the shower but otherwise very clean.

Location, Location, Location! Rooms were simple and clean. Parking was a close, easy walk. The tram to the castle, church square, restaurants and more are just steps away. Hotel staff especially the gentleman at check-in (I believe his name was Hamish) was incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a charming historic building, in the heart of things. The included breakfast was also tasty! We hope to be back soon and cannot recommend enough.

We had a 3day stay in Heidelberg. The historical hotel was a few steps from the Holy Ghost Church and the Neckar River and Bridge in the historic section of Heidelberg. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great bed and shower. The staff and breakfast was great. Dinners in the restaurant were delicious authentic German meals. We definitely hope to be back.
